Naphill and Walters Ash Out of School Club provides before and after school play-care for children of Naphill and Walters Ash School.  A Holiday Club is also run during the school holidays.  The Holiday Club is open to both the regular attendees and to children of primary school age who attend other local schools.

We are a not-for-profit organisation which is managed by a committee of unpaid volunteers.  The sessions are run and organised by a qualified supervisor and playworkers.

All staff and committee members are CRB checked.  The club is registered with, and inspected by, Ofsted.

We operate from a large room within the school.  We offer the children the opportunity to play in a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment.  We follow the guidelines for the EYSF (Early Years Foundation Stage) for children who are in reception class at school.  We also build our links with the school and follow the topics they are currently covering by incorporating them into our everyday activities.  Children are actively encouraged to give their ideas and “wishes” towards the planned activities of the provision enabling them to make choices whilst being guided by our experienced staff.  They are free to spend time with their friends and chat, complete homework if they wish to, get creative on our craft table or just do what they do best … PLAY!
